The BioPharm Team is a group of individual consultants or small consulting companies in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device industries, who have agreed to work together on large or multi-disciplinary projects. Each company or consultant has agreed to combine expertise to provide the services you need for your particular project. The BioPharm Team is coordinated centrally (see contact us). When a client calls with a project, a central contact person will coordinate the assembly of the team, the generation of the contract, and other events necessary to get the project underway. For each BioPharm Team project, a specific person will be in charge of the project. This person will be accountable for the overall coordination of the team and for the overall completion of the project. Specific team members will also be held accountable for specific portions of the project. Teams will be coordinated so that every aspect of the project will have a team member who is assigned to and responsible for it. Our working model offers many advantages over other groups such as contract research organizations, or working with individuals on a one-on-one basis.
